At Systechware, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2020) and related e-commerce regulations.

1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item for a "change of mind". Once a return is authorized, you must ship the item back to us promptly.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Items should be returned in "Like New" condition with all original manuals, cables, cords, accessories, and packaging materials.

Sealed Items: Factory-sealed items returned unopened are eligible for a full refund.

Opened Items: We accept items that have been opened for visual inspection, provided they are undamaged, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order number is required for all returns.
3. Return Reasons & Timelines
We categorize returns into specific types. The return window starts from the day the goods are delivered to you.

4. Return Shipping Labels & Costs

Customer's Responsibility: Customers must contact us to request an authorized return.

Our Error / Defective: If the item is defective, faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, the return shipping is free of charge. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or arrange a courier pickup.

Change of Mind: For customer remorse or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund, or you may ship it using a trackable courier of your choice.
5. No Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees for standard consumer returns.
6. Condition of Returns & Diminished Value (IT Hardware Specifics)
To receive a full refund, items must be returned in the condition they were received.

Diminished Value Deduction: If you handle or use IT hardware beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund corresponding to the loss in value. Examples of excessive handling that will reduce or void your refund include:

Installing a CPU and bending the pins.

Applying thermal paste to a cooler/CPU and then returning it.

Discarding or tearing essential internal packaging (e.g., anti-static bags, clam shells).

Sealed Software: Software licenses or media that have been unsealed/opened cannot be returned under any circumstances unless faulty.

Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for removing and backing up any personal or corporate data from storage devices (SSDs/HDDs) prior to return. We are not responsible for any data loss, and any remaining data will be destroyed upon receipt in accordance with UAE data privacy practices.
7. RMA Process (Return Merchandise Authorization)
To ensure your return is processed correctly and your refund is not delayed, please follow these steps:

Request RMA: Contact our support team at support@systechware.ae to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure all original accessories are included.

Label the Package: Clearly write the RMA number on the outer shipping box or include it inside the box. Please do not write directly on the manufacturer's retail box, as this damages the product's value.

Ship: Hand the package over to the designated carrier as instructed by our support team.
8. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team:

We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Timeline: Please allow up to 7 days from the time we receive your return for the funds to securely process and appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
